Call us
(650) 203-6702. Our phone lines are staffed 24/7, so you can reach someone at any hour, even when the visit itself is booked into the next technician appointment.
Call rather than book online when something is failing now: no heat on a cold night, a burning or electrical smell, a breaker that trips each time the system starts, or water leaking from an indoor unit or around the furnace. If you want to know what may be behind a symptom first, the HVAC problems pages explain the usual causes, for example when the furnace is not heating.
If you smell gas, do not use light switches or the phone inside the house. Leave first, then call your gas utility or 911 from outside. If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get everyone outside and call 911.
Schedule online
Use the Schedule service button at the top of any page. It opens our online booking page, where you request a time that suits you. An online request becomes an appointment once we confirm it. Mention the symptom and the type of equipment so the technician arrives ready for it.

What happens after you call
- A confirmed time. We set an appointment between 8 AM and 8 PM, on the day that works for you.
- Listening and testing. The technician hears what you have noticed, then inspects and measures before replacing anything.
- The why, in writing. We explain what we found and why we recommend it, then give you a written estimate and go over it with you before any work begins. No hidden fees.
- Your decision. Nothing is done until you approve it. Our work carries a warranty on parts and labor.
Helpful to have when you call
- The type of equipment: furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, mini-split or boiler.
- Where it is installed: the garage, a hall closet, the attic or outside.
- The brand and model, if you can read them on the label inside the furnace door or on the outdoor unit.
- What the system is doing, when it started, and any code on a display or thermostat.
- What you have already checked, such as the thermostat setting, the filter and the breaker.
- In a condo or apartment: where the outdoor unit is and who controls access to it.
